Jennifer Rainey-Yates, PT, DPT

Trina Volk, MOTR/L

• Get to Know Us

  With more than 20 years of experience, Trina believes that therapy is most successful when it is collaborative; meaningful to the everyday life of a child and their family; and when it is built around a child’s unique strengths and interests.  Her clinical interests include sensory processing skills, executive functioning skills, ADHD, and emotional regulation skills.  Outside of work she enjoys hiking, crafting, volunteering in youth activities, and spending time with her family.     

Carrie Miller-Conley, OTR/L

  Carrie is a pediatric occupational therapist who loves working with little ones and getting to know what makes each child tick. She enjoys partnering with families to understand their child’s unique communication style, strengths, and interests; and finding creative, playful ways to help them feel confident and successful. Her approach is rooted in play and relationships, and sensory-informed therapy, within additional passions in feeding and pelvic floor therapy. When she’s not at work, Carrie can usually be found with a good book, out on her bike, hiking a trail, or paddleboarding.

Aislinn King, COTA

• Get to Know Us

  Aislinn has dedicated 9 years to the field of pediatric occupational therapy, bringing a compassionate and versatile approach to the team. She loves working with children of all ages and needs, skillfully incorporating a sense of playfulness into every session to help her patients reach their goals using a variety of modalities. Believing strongly in collaborative care, she views partnering closely with families as an essential part of the therapeutic team process. Outside of the clinic, Aislinn enjoys volunteering in various youth activities, spending quality time with her family, tending to her garden, getting lost in a good book, and baking.

Chelsea Dimmitt, COTA

• Get to Know Us

  With 10 years of experience as a pediatric COTA, Chelsea has spent most of her career at Prism and also has experience working in the schools.  She especially enjoys working on sensory feeding/picky eating/ARFID, behavior and sensory management (most times the two go hand in hand) and most of all she loves working with our teen and young adult patients on independence with life skills and developing pre-work skills.

Jacob Burrgraff, DPT

  Jacob is a pediatric physical therapist with a passion for helping children build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their individual goals. He is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment where every child has the opportunity to participate in and experience all aspects of childhood, regardless of their physical or developmental limitations. He takes a family-centered approach to therapy and enjoys celebrating each child’s progress, big or small. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, biking, and spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs.

Meg Culbertson, OTR/L

  Meg believes every child deserves an individualized approach that draws on their unique strengths and interests to spark meaningful growth. Central to this work is a foundation of respect and connection — a space where kids feel safe to explore. Meg also believes intrinsically motivating leisure and play offer powerful opportunities to build connection, regulation, problem-solving, and motor skills. Outside of work, Meg enjoys pottery, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, and spending time with her cat.

Kerri Paasche, OTR/L

• Get to Know Us

  Kerri has a passion for collaborating with neurodivergent children and their families to help them realize their strengths and navigate a world that is not always built with neurodiversity and accessibility in mind. She believes she has as much, if not more, to learn from the children she works with as they do from her. Her clinical interests include sensory processing, emotional regulation and feeding. Outside of work, Kerri loves traveling, animals, listening to Taylor Swift, and board game nights with friends.

Krista Whiting, CCC-SLP

  Krista loves witnessing the pride a child experiences when they communicate more effectively with others. She believes kids learn best when they are having fun and feel safe to try something tricky. Her clinical interests include articulation, Gestalt Language Processing, and motor planning skills. Outside of work she enjoys playing with her kittens, crafting, and spending time with her family.

  From working with children for 40 years to doing every non-clinical position in a variety of medical clinics, it seems like the position of Prism Office Administrator was made just for Lori.  She brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, provides a warm and supportive point of contact to our families, and she feels grateful to support all the amazing work that happens in the clinic.

  Katelyn loves using creative and personalized ways to make therapy an engaging and learning experience for children and their families. She enjoys being able to support children in meaningfully participating in their daily lives and activities to the best of the abilities, while also supporting families’ individualized goals. Her clinical interests include sensory processing skills, executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and motor development. While not in the clinic, Katelyn enjoys hiking, painting and crafting, and volunteering at her church.
