Self-Care Skills
·Eats 4-5 meals
·Takes 2 naps per day
·Swallows pureed foods
·Places both hands on bottle 
·Uses Hands and mouth for exploration
·Finds tactile input by searching for objects that touch her body

Communication Skills
·Babbles
·Laughs
·Strings vowels together when babbling “ah, eh”
·Responds to own name


Social and Play Skills
·Knows familiar faces
·Separation anxiety
·Smiles at self in mirror

Motor Skills
·Reaches for and grasps objects
·Brings things to mouth
·Uses a raking grasp to retrieve small objects
·Bangs object on surface
·Clasps hands and brings them to midline
·Bears weight on hands when on tummy
·Brings feet to mouth
·Sits with some support, begins to sit independently
·Bears weight on legs in supported standing
·Holds head in line with body with pull to sit
·Rolls from stomach to back 
·Rolls from back to tummy
·Follows objects with eyes in supported sitting
·Begins to reach for fallen objects
