- Owners are working therapists and understand the complexities of providing therapy services.
- You choose how many hours you work! Minimum commitment 28 hours per week, maximum commitment 40 hours per week.
- Weekly paid mentorship with owners/senior therapists for 1 year!
- Professional freedom and flexibility for scheduling and documentation.
- Therapists do not have to work a 5 day work week although some afterschool hours are required of all therapists.
- Therapists are allowed to flex their hours up and down (with some limitation) as their needs change without losing benefits.
- All benefits are available to part time employees 0.7 FTE or higher (i.e. 28 hours).

- OT: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- WA Occupational Therapy License
- 2 years of experience in occupational therapy (preferably in pediatrics), however new graduates will be considered if they have had a pediatric fieldwork experience and produce very strong professional references.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of professional accountability and high ethical standards
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 year to determine the need for occupational therapy services
- Develop treatment plans and administer therapy services to individuals ages 0-21
- Complete daily notes, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries in a timely fashion meeting all insurance and licensure requirements
- Provide consistent caregiver education to support therapy goals
- Collaborate with members of the patient's care team as necessary in a timely fashion
- Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and office areas used by the clinician

- WA Occupational Therapy Assistant License
