Qualifications:
  • OT:  Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy   
  • WA Occupational Therapy License  
  • 2 years of experience in occupational therapy (preferably in pediatrics), however new graduates will be considered if they have had a pediatric fieldwork experience and produce very strong professional references.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High levels of professional accountability and high ethical standards
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 year to determine the need for occupational therapy services 
  • Develop treatment plans and administer therapy services to individuals ages 0-21
  • Complete daily notes, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries in a timely fashion meeting all insurance and licensure requirements
  • Provide consistent caregiver education to support therapy goals
  • Collaborate with members of the patient's care team as necessary in a timely fashion
  • Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and office areas used by the clinician
Job Description: We are growing, thriving, and expanding our services in the community. We are seeking to hire additional occupational therapists with at least 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in pediatrics). We may consider a therapist practicing in other areas of practice or a new graduate with a strong clinical background and excellent references. We will consider both full-time or part-time (minimum 0.7 FTE) hours for the right candidate to provide in-person therapy services. The ideal candidate will be skilled addressing therapeutic needs related to sensory processing disorders, sensory feeding issues, ADHD, autism, developmental delays, learning disabilities, executive functioning skills, and have experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
