- OT: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- WA Occupational Therapy License
- 2 years of experience in occupational therapy (preferably in pediatrics), new graduates or therapists new to working in pediatrics are not considered for this position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of professional accountability and high ethical standards
- Provide a minimum of 6 scheduled hours per week that occur:
- 3pm or later Monday - Friday
- 8am or later Saturday
- 3pm or later Monday - Friday
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 year to determine the need for occupational therapy services
- Develop treatment plans and administer therapy services to individuals ages 0-21
- Complete daily notes, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries in a timely fashion meeting all insurance and licensure requirements
- Provide consistent caregiver education to support therapy goals
- Collaborate with members of the patient's care team as necessary in a timely fashion
- Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and office areas used by the clinician
