I attended Idaho State University, graduating with a Masters of Physical Therapy Degree in 2002. During my last year of school I discovered my passion for working with children. I returned to Idaho State University in 2006 to get my Doctoral of Physical Therapy Degree while working full-time. Over the course of my career I have worked in a variety of pediatric settings including early intervention, acute care, NICU and pediatric outpatient clinics. I have also worked in an adult outpatient clinic as well as in acute care specializing in trauma, orthopedic needs and neurosciences. No matter what area I was working in I was always drawn back to my love of working with children. Children never cease to amaze me and I love working with their families in order to enhance their potential. My passion is working with children with orthopedic, neurological disorders, developmental delay, plagiocephaly, torticollis, and rare conditions. When I’m not working I love spending time with my husband, twin daughters and young son. I volunteer with the PTSA and my daughters’ softball team. We like to spend time at the beach, watch movies and play board games together. |

I received my Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from Pacific University in 2003. I have worked in a variety of pediatric settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics and in the public schools. My passion is working with kids that have sensory processing disorders, autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, genetic disorders, ADHD, global developmental delays, and sensory feeding issues. I am certified in Handwriting without Tears, the Integrated Listening System, Interactive Metronome, Therapeutic Listening, and the SOS feeding approach. I believe that pediatric therapy is a family affair and the needs of the whole family should be considered. Children are wonderfully perceptive and I love learning and growing from their insights. When I am not working in the clinic I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and daughter. We like to camp, hike, watch movies, and play games. I also keep busy volunteering in my children's extra-curricular endeavors, their schools, and at our church. |

I'm happy to be part of the Prism team! Originally from Minnesota, I received my Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2008. My primary experience has been working with pediatrics in various outpatient clinic settings. I recently took the opportunity to travel and experience the beautiful west coast, practicing as a therapist with the adult population. That experience reinforced my passion for working with children. I believe in a family-centered approach to enhance a child's growth and success in therapy and at home . I am passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum, those with developmental language delays, and speech sound disorders. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy the outdoors often by hiking with our pup (a golden doodle named Turkey), spending time on the coast, and traveling. I look forward to learning and growing with you and your child! |

I graduated with my Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2002, from Mt. Hood Community College in nearby Gresham, OR. After graduation, my husband and I moved to Seattle, WA. There, I worked in a wide variety of settings with many different populations, including acute hospital care, long term care, inpatient and outpatient mental health, and the school system. I have always loved working with children, and am delighted to be back in the pediatric setting! Children have a love for life, a joy of discovery and a remarkable determination to learn that is inspiring and contagious. When not at work, I find joy in spending time with my husband and two children. We enjoy hiking, backpacking, playing games, cooking and reading together. I also enjoy helping in my children’s classrooms, volunteering with my church, and working on our farm where we have a large garden, milk cows, goats, chickens, ducks, cats and a dog. |

I am so proud to be a part of the Prism team! I moved to the Vancouver area from Omaha, Nebraska in 2018. I attended Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown, SD for my occupational therapy assisting studies and graduated in 2014. I went into the occupational therapy field with the intention to work in pediatrics and that’s exactly what I have done. Thus far I have spent my time as a COTA working in a level 3 school with students with autism and behavioral disorders. I have some experience with adults in an inpatient mental health setting as well. I also worked part time as a Registered Behavior Technician for an ABA clinic in Nebraska. I have a lot of experience with behavior management and sensory programming, as well as adaptations and increasing independence with personal care tasks. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and our corgis Welles and Sullivan. I love hiking and exploring the PNW with my dogs! I also like trying new restaurants, any type of live performance art, and crafting. I look forward to working with your family and helping your child succeed! |

It is an honor and delight to be a part of the team here at Prism. I recently graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, WA. This education helped fuel my passion for movement and helping others to understand and excel in their own. And what better place to start my career in Physical Therapy then where it all starts; childhood. I have worked with kids in various settings and ages, as time goes on, my love for working with them only grows. They add so much to life, so much fun, energy and a different way of thinking. Everything grows from the foundation upon which it was built, and I am excited to help lay the foundation for the next generation and give kids a more functional and pain free way of life. Outside of work I enjoy nature and lifestyle sports such as hiking, biking, running, snowboarding, and surfing. I also come from a family of 12, most of whom still live locally in Vancouver where I was raised, so much of my time is spent with family and friends. |

I graduated from Dominican University in 2002 with a Bachelor or Science in Occupational Therapy. I have spent two decades working in a variety of settings including acute care, adult rehabilitation, and my passion ~ working with younger patients and their families! I am dedicated to keeping myself up-to-date on the latest research and more effective treatment methods in pediatrics. I have completed the USC Sensory Integration Continuing Education Certificate and am trained in the DIR Floortime approach, the Alert Program, Zones of Regulation, Handwriting Without Tears, and have taken continuing education with the STAR Institute to name a few. When I'm not at work I can be found at a soccer game with one of my 5 kids, on my farm in Washougal working with my horses and goats, hiking, or someday again competing in mounted archery.

I am so happy to have joined the Prism team! a performer by nature, I graduated from the University of Evansville with a degree in theatre in 2014. In my senior year I had a life changing experience when I co-created and implemented a medical clowning program, performing interactive bedtime stories for/with pediatric patients at the local hospital. I fell in love with both the meaningfulness of the work and the bright, funny, creative resiliency of kids. From there I sought out more experiences working with children with special needs including volunteering at a home for girls in Santiago, Chile and becoming and in-home support for autistic children all while working as a yoga/fitness instructor. My path eventually led me to occupational therapy drawn to its holistic, client-centered, and creative approaches to better people's lives. I graduated from Linn-Benton Community College in 2021 after completing their assistantship program and have been working in pediatrics ever since. I believe strongly in a strengths-based, child-led approach that celebrates the individuality of each child through the foundation of relationship and have completed a DIR Floortime certification course to strengthen my skills in this area. When I am not working, I like to hang out with my husband and dog. We enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, camping, and putzing around in our garden together.

I am so excited to a part of this wonderful team at Prism! I grew up locally, attending Ridgefield schools for my entire life where I was active in many sports, band, and Running Start. I moved to Spokane to pursue my education where I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Exercise Science – Pre-Physical Therapy in 2018. I then continued my education at Eastern where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May of 2022. Throughout my education, I was actively involved in volunteer activities including adaptive rock climbing for children with disabilities, hippotherapy, and occasionally special Olympics. These opportunities pushed me down the path of working with children and I found a great joy in the positivity of youth and the ability to help change their lives for the better. As I help my patients grow and become stronger, I too hope to grow and learn. This field of practice is always changing and evolving, and I am very excited to continue to learn and develop my practice. In my free time, I love to hang out with my wife and our two dogs. We go on hikes, bike rides, go skiing, and like to go boating during the summer. |

I started my journey at Prism Pediatric Therapy in 2016 as a student volunteer and am so excited to re-join the team as an occupational therapist. I graduated from Colorado State University with a Masters of Occupational Therapy Degree in 2022. During my education, I engaged in several clinical learning experiences including completing a rotation at a community-based clinic in Colorado where I worked with teens and young adults to build independent living skills and a rotation at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in where I worked with children of all ages to enable participation and performance in daily activities. Through my educational and professional experience I have continued to foster a passion for working with kiddos of all ages and I feel fortunate to pursue a career that encourages continued learning and incorporates critical thinking, creativity, and compassion in order to support children to pursue full and meaningful lives. When I’m not working with kiddos, you can find me reading a good book curled up with my cat, hiking, or playing table-top games with friends. |

I am so thrilled to be a member of the Prism team! My love for working with children started when my younger brother was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. He inspired me to start my professional career as a Teach For America corp member, where I had the opportunity to teach 7th-grade special education in Chicago, IL while working towards a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching. I then moved to California and continued to teach all elementary grades at a therapeutic day school for students with moderate to severe developmental disabilities. It was there that I discovered my love for occupational therapy and decided to change course. I attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a Master of Art in Occupational Therapy in 2022. During that time, I completed a clinical rotation at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and cemented my love for pediatrics. I have completed additional coursework and continuing education in Ayres Sensory Integration and Visual-Vestibular Integration approaches. I am passionate about working with neurodivergent kids to provide health equity to all families. In my spare time, I love to travel with my husband, take dance classes and cook new recipes! |

I'm delighted to be a part of the Prism team! Pre-Prism, I had been every non-clinical medical office support position and it is my sincere pleasure to support this team of excellent therapists who change the trajectory of each family they work with. Come to me with your insurance questions and any needs our office can help you with. My passion is working with children and families in many settings - codirecting summer youth camps, youth mentoring, and raising three stellar young men with my husband. I also love quilting, long talks, wooden puzzles, and any time with family and friends.
