I graduated from Idaho State University, with a Masters of Physical Therapy Degree in 2002 and returned in 2006 to get my Doctoral of Physical Therapy Degree. I have worked in a variety of pediatric settings including early intervention, acute care, NICU and pediatric outpatient clinics. I have worked in pediatrics for over 20 years. I have a passion for working with children with orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, developmental delay, plagiocephaly, torticollis, rare conditions, and working with premature infants. When I’m not working, I love to spend time watching my kids play sports, volunteering with their schools, and traveling with my family. I love working with families to help their kids get to their optimal level of physical function and mobility.

I received my Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from Pacific University in 2003. I have worked in a variety of pediatric settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics and in the public schools. My passion is working with kids that have sensory processing disorders, autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, genetic disorders, ADHD, global developmental delays, and sensory feeding issues. I am certified in Handwriting without Tears, the Integrated Listening System, Interactive Metronome, Therapeutic Listening, and the SOS feeding approach. I believe that pediatric therapy is a family affair and the needs of the whole family should be considered. Children are wonderfully perceptive and I love learning and growing from their insights. When I am not working in the clinic I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and daughter. We like to camp, hike, watch movies, and play games. I also keep busy volunteering in my children's extra-curricular endeavors, their schools, and at our church.

I am so excited to be a part of the Prism Pediatric team! My love for working with children and families began in college, when I volunteered at an alternative high school and worked as a nanny. After graduating, I worked as an admin to support staff, students, and families in an alternative middle school setting. I also had the opportunity to work maternity health, which further deepened my passion for building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers. It was in this setting I learned about occupational therapy and was inspired to return to school.
I went on to earn my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in 2024. During that time, I completed a pediatric fieldwork rotation with Children's Nebraska where I had the privilege of collaborating with families to discover ways to make therapy goals meaningful and achievable within their daily lives. That is when I knew I wanted to work in pediatrics. I value meeting families where they are at. I stive to help neurodivergent children and their families feel seen, included, and empowered both at home and in their communities.
In my spare time, I love to take knitting classes, paddleboard when it's sunny or bake treats for my friends.

I am a life-long resident of Clark County and earned my Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2002, from Mt. Hood Community College. I have worked in a variety of settings including mental health, acute care hospitals, schools, long term rehab and outpatient pediatrics. I have worked for Prism Pediatric Therapy since 2017 and have loved being a part of this fantastic team. I enjoy using a variety of modalities to meet the unique needs of each child and family and get the most satisfaction in helping parents gain the tools to help their child gros and meet their goals. In my free time, I volunteer with the youth group at church and enjoy painting, reading, hanging out with my kids and husband, and caring for some of my many animals and gardens on our farm.

I am so proud to be a part of the Prism team! I moved to the Vancouver area from Omaha, Nebraska in 2018.  I attended Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown, SD for my occupational therapy assisting studies and graduated in 2014. I went into the occupational therapy field with the intention to work in pediatrics and that’s exactly what I have done. Thus far I have spent my time as a COTA working in a level 3 school with students with autism and behavioral disorders. I have some experience with adults in an inpatient mental health setting as well. I also worked part time as a Registered Behavior Technician for an ABA clinic in Nebraska. I have a lot of experience with behavior management and sensory programming, as well as adaptations and increasing independence with personal care tasks. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and our corgis Welles and Sullivan. I love hiking and exploring the PNW with my dogs! I also like trying new restaurants, any type of live performance art, and crafting. I look forward to working with your family and helping your child succeed!

I graduated from Dominican University in 2002 with a Bachelor or Science in Occupational Therapy.  I have spent two decades working in a variety of settings including acute care, adult rehabilitation, and my passion ~ working with younger patients and their families!  I am dedicated to keeping myself up-to-date on the latest research and more effective treatment methods in pediatrics.  I have completed the USC Sensory Integration Continuing Education Certificate and am trained in the DIR Floortime approach, the Alert Program, Zones of Regulation, Handwriting Without Tears, and have taken continuing education with the STAR Institute to name a few.  When I'm not at work I can be found at a soccer game with one of my 5 kids, on my farm in Washougal working with my horses and goats, hiking, or someday again competing in mounted archery.

I am so excited to a part of this wonderful team at Prism! I grew up locally, attending Ridgefield schools for my entire life where I was active in many sports, band, and Running Start. I moved to Spokane to pursue my education where I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Exercise Science – Pre-Physical Therapy in 2018. I then continued my education at Eastern where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May of 2022. Throughout my education, I was actively involved in volunteer activities including adaptive rock climbing for children with disabilities, hippotherapy, and occasionally special Olympics. These opportunities pushed me down the path of working with children and I found a great joy in the positivity of youth and the ability to help change their lives for the better. As I help my patients grow and become stronger, I too hope to grow and learn. This field of practice is always changing and evolving, and I am very excited to continue to learn and develop my practice. In my free time, I love to hang out with my wife and our two dogs. We go on hikes, bike rides, go skiing, and like to go boating during the summer.

I'm a pediatric occupational therapist with a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. I'm passionate about supporting kids in discovering and integrating their unique strengths into everyday routines-and I believe the best progress happens when we work together as a team. I see each family as a vital part of the therapy process and value the opportunity to collaborate closely with caregivers to help their children thrive.
I love working with curious, creative minds and building confidence through play, connection, and meaningful activities. I'm continually inspired by how amazing and adaptable our brains are-and I feel lucky to be in a profession that allows me to be both creative and a lifelong learning.
Before becoming a practicing OT, I conducted behavioral research during my undergraduate and graduate studies. I enjoy weaving the scientific process into my therapeutic approach, helping families find personalized tools and strategies that work best for them.
In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy and sci-fi novels, playing tabletop games, and                                                                      spending time with my cat, Shrek.

I am so thrilled to be a member of the Prism team! My love for working with children started when my younger brother was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. He inspired me to start my professional career as a Teach For America corp member, where I had the opportunity to teach 7th-grade special education in Chicago, IL while working towards a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching. I then moved to California and continued to teach all elementary grades at a therapeutic day school for students with moderate to severe developmental disabilities. It was there that I discovered my love for occupational therapy and decided to change course. I attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a Master of Art in Occupational Therapy in 2022. During that time, I completed a clinical rotation at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and cemented my love for pediatrics. I have completed additional coursework and continuing education in Ayres Sensory Integration and Visual-Vestibular Integration approaches. I am passionate about working with neurodivergent kids to provide health equity to all families. In my spare time, I love to travel with my husband, take dance classes and cook new recipes!

I attended Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR where I graduated with my bachelors in Education and Learning in 2019 and my masters in Speech Language Pathology in 2021. My primary experience has been working in Early Intervention (EI) and the pediatric outpatient setting. I have always loved working with children and enjoy the energy that they bring. In speech, I have found a passion for working with children with speech sound disorders, developmental language delays, Gestalt Language Processing, and autism. I also have experience working with deaf/hard-of-hearing individuals, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, apraxia of speech and tongue-tie. I am conversational in American Sign Language and always looking for someone to practice my skills with. Growing up a PNW native, I enjoy listening to the rain while I am warm and cozy indoors. I am an avid cat lover with three fur babies of my own (Tigger, Toothless, and Pascal). I'm an introvert at hears, so when I'm not at work you can probably find me                                                                          reading a mystery book, working on a current hyper fixation craft/project, or rewatching a                                                              comfort TV series.
